Artwork: MAKIS 2010
In 2010 I became active in the electronic music scene after a quite a few years (2005 in fact). Creating a new image was essential and after a lot of research I ended up going with a beach urban plasticine kinda look (trust me, seeing the end result makes more sense).
Original graphic work by Fred DL was invaluable. I processed my personal photos and did additional graphic work for the end result. A short (45min) photo shoot gave me all the visual material I wanted to create the artwork for the whole year.
I ended up with this collection, named "Beatz Sound" due to the phonetic similarity with "beach". There could be more images of the likes added later on as the need arises:
Back in December I did one first sorting of the photos I'm going to use and ended up with a some which where interesting but couldn't use them in the above theme. So I decided I would improvise on photo filters and from that a second collection came out (technically it was created first but whatever) - the "CyberGrunge 2010" photos:

Eco + Geeky T-shirt designs
It seems that I'm on a roll having ideas for T-shirt designs.
I actually consider them (both) to be trademark icons and portraying very successfully what I had in mind:
The power is in your hands - spread the word.
!-->Droning is Bliss
Another original design with a cheeky message that has been printed to t-shirts, mugs etc. I must admit that on a dark background it came out better than I thought. Some of my favorite merchandise are the following: Find the full catalog here: http://www.cafepress.com/tracend/6698265!-->You're so bad T-Shirt
This is another T-Shirt I designed. It's yet another one of those lifestyle quotes I make, somewhat offensive some might say (but totally honest and true to say the least). The idea is original and the clipart was done from scratch in photoshop, although I had some influence from something I saw online for the back sign. I decided to open up a special store for these t-shirts at www.cafepress.com/tracend (now they are sprung across my other websites). I figured they make more meaning to be affiliated with the site I write my personal thoughts than anywhere else. I'll be moving the rest of my designs there shortly...Showing 1 - 5 of 17 Entries
